TOS - Simplified Version.
Pay up front for orders below $15.
Payment will be taken after approval of the sketch.
Must be paid in USD.
All commission works will be posted by Seller unless stated otherwise.
Product will be delivered digitally.
Sellers will not be responsible for loss of product once it has been delivered.
The customer has the right to three complete revisions in the sketching phase.
After sketch/lineart large non color base changes will be charged.
Customer has right to reasonable amounts of minor edits after completion. (I.E eyecolour change)
Customers can ask for a refund on orders with no progress for 5 days, or when work has not been completed within 3 weeks.
No refunds will be provided for completed art.
Customers are required to contact the seller in a fast and responsive manner.
Seller reserves the right to cancel/continue a commission if they don't get an answer within a week.
Sellers can cancel and refund any order at any time.
Products cannot be used for commercial use without additional fees.
Customers do not hold the right to use the product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
Customers do not hold the right to use the product in any AI-related technology, including submitting for datasets, and any future inventions in the space.

OC'S/YUMESHIPS/FANART, SLIGHT GORE/BLOOD, CREATURES LIKE CHIIKAWA AND SANRIO.
WON'T DRAW
NSFW/FETISHES, FURRIES, ANIMALS, MECHA, HATEFUL/PROBLEMATIC CONTENT.
